Notes
Although this book is found on the desk of a high school student and on the shelves of a high school principal, according to the book itself, Health For Effective Living is actually “a basic health science text for college students.” The first line of Chapter One even reads, “You as a college student are interested in yourself as a person, in the way you live at college, and in the way you expect to live in your community after graduation.”
